These General Conditions are the only ones that can be applied and replace all other conditions, except for preliminary exemptions, expressed and written. malb2b may be under the obligation to change some of these provisions; it is therefore advisable for the Customers to read the General Conditions at each visit of the website www.malb2b.com (hereafter referred to as "the Site"). The validation of the order will have the acceptance of the General Conditions, without any possible recourse. By accessing the Website, the Clients undertake to comply with the General Conditions and the Detailed Conditions of Use on the same.

2. Place an order

To place an order, customers can use the website: www.malb2b.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At the validation of the order an e-mail will be sent to the Customers to confirm the registration of the same.

3. Product information

The photographs that present the products are not part of the contractual framework and can not under any circumstances be considered as responsibility for malb2b. The technical sheets and product descriptions are provided by the partners and / or suppliers of malb2b which declines all responsibility for the content of the same. All accessories offered in the various packs and / or kits and sold on the Site are accessories of compatible brands or manufacturers.

4. Prices

The sales prices indicated on the Website are expressed in euro (VAT excluded) but do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are always charged to customers (unless otherwise agreed or special offers previously detailed on the Site) and are invoiced at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products. 5. Availability

Customer orders are satisfied within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered product is not available, malb2b undertakes to contact customers by e-mail within 15 days from the date of the order to inform them of the time necessary for the delivery of the ordered product.

In the event that only some of the products ordered are not available, malb2b undertakes to immediately ship the available products.

In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive cessation of the production of the same by the manufacturer, malb2b will offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, malb2b will proceed to refund the unavailable product.

6. Delivery methods

The products purchased on the Site can be delivered all over Europe within 48/72 hours (starting from the actual delivery of the product, additional 24 hours are necessary for a delivery on the islands) thanks to the contracted couriers, all orders validated before 13.00 : 00 will be sent immediately (provided that the ordered products are available). The expenses related to this type of delivery may vary depending on the selected products.

7. Time required for delivery. The times required for delivery indicated on our site are indicative and are subject to change. We also remind customers that couriers perform the transport and delivery of products only on weekdays (eg: for a product ordered on a Saturday afternoon, you will have to count, in case the product is available) 48/72 hours starting from Monday morning. malb2b can not be considered responsible for the consequences due to any delay in delivery or loss or damage to the order by the courier. IMPORTANT:

Customers have the possibility, at the time of delivery of the order, to open the package to verify that the product matches the one ordered and that there are no apparent damage or anomalies (in case the carrier agrees). In the event that the product or the package do not comply or present obvious damage, we recommend that you fill out the form provided and accept the delivery by signing with reserve, or reject it specifying the reason for the refusal. An email should also be sent by the Customer to the customer service of malb2b, within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of the incident. We kindly ask Customers to note that malb2b declines all responsibility in case of external damage to the packaging reported after acceptance of the order.

8. What to do at the time of delivery:

1. Verify the integrity of the package.

2. Only in the eventuality of external material damage of the packaging and / or product due to transport, the order must be accepted by affixing, on the waybills, the words "I accept with circumstantial reserve" and a detailed description of the visible damage outside of the box (example: "wet neck", "open neck", etc.) followed by its signature. In the next 48 hours, send an email to Customer Service describing the incident and indicating the number of CCL. Otherwise, any refund request concerning such damages will be automatically refused.

3. If there are no problems, accept the delivery. In the event that the products have to be sent back by the Customers, the latter must proceed to send them back within 48 hours from the delivery date, sending them to the company's headquarters.

The products must be returned in the original packaging, including manuals and any other accessory present in the package received. The costs related to the return of the product are reimbursed by malb2b to customers in the case of defective products upon delivery. In the other cases, the costs of reshipment remain the responsibility of the Customers. malb2b informs its customers that a delay of 24 hours on delivery can still occur if, for security reasons, malb2b needs to carry out an additional verification of the customer's bank details. Complementary information may eventually be requested to customers to definitively validate the purchase. To allow malb2b to contact them in case of need, customers are asked to indicate: - a working e-mail address, - a fixed telephone number. We are aware of the inconvenience this may cause to our customers but these measures have been taken to protect transactions from possible fraud to the detriment of the customers themselves.

9. Satisfied or reimbursed

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send, within 10 working days of receipt of goods. The costs of resending the product are totally charged to the customer. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is: lack of the original packaging absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.) damage to the product for reasons other than transport.

malb2b will proceed to the transmission of the re-crediting order related to the cost of goods shipped within 30 working days after the shipment of the goods by the customer and in any case not before receiving the goods. malb2b will consequently reject any returned product not packed, as well as products for which the return costs have not been fully paid by the Customer. The refund is made by bank transfer, or depending on the method chosen by the customer.

10. Return of products

Only undamaged products will be accepted, including accessories and manuals, sent back to our address in the original packaging. The shipping costs of the product are charged to customers. It is however possible to deliver the product directly to the address of malb2b which will be responsible for shipping it to the technical service.

11. Guarantees and After Sales Service

All products sold on our site are covered by the manufacturer's legal guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to other legal provisions, starting from the date of delivery of the product. The costs for returning the defective or defective product are charged to the customer. However, in the event that the legal guarantee of conformity can be applied to the product in question, the expenses related to the return of the product will be reimbursed to the customer. The manufacturer's warranties on products sold by malb2b do not cover: - the replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones, recording and / or reading heads, etc.), - abnormal use or non-compliant products (customers are asked to carefully read the instruction manual attached to the product), - faults (and subsequent consequences) caused by accessories (power cables, etc.), - faults (and subsequent consequences) due the intervention of an unauthorized malb2b repairer, - breakdowns (and subsequent consequences) caused by a non-compliant use of the product (for example for professional or collective use), - breakdowns (and subsequent consequences) due to external causes. In any case, malb2b can not be held responsible for any refusal of the manufacturer in the application of the guarantee. In the event that the repair is not covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will proceed to a quote. Administrative costs will be requested by the manufacturer in case of refusal to pay the estimate. In case of agreement, the customer must make a bank transfer, equal to the total estimate.

12. Disputes and responsibilities

malb2b can not under any circumstances be held responsible for the non-finalization of the contract due to force majeure, responsibility of the customer or third parties. We remind you that it is prudent and advised to proceed with the safeguard of the data contained in the products purchased. malb2b can not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products sold on the Site. The products sold on the Website have characteristics that are consistent with professional use. In order to make the reimbursement, malb2b must first request a technical check of the product to determine the actual causes of the fault, if said causes are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if the product is complete and includes all accessories and if the same has been sent back in the original packaging.

13. What to do in case of failure?

14. Comments, criticisms, communications

All customer opinions sent to malb2b are supervised and moderated by marketing malb2b In the event that such opinions are contrary to laws or morality (illegal advertising, defamatory intentions, insults, improper comments ...) malb2b yes reserves the right to refuse or change the opinion in question.

15. Right of withdrawal

The methods for returning the product: With regard to the spare parts warranty, an approximate time of 8 days is granted starting from the date of delivery of the products in order to be able to open complaints about their malfunction.
